A Day at Genting Highlands

Today i went to Genting Highlands!!! Incredible! For food and to breath some fresh air away from the polluted and busy city life, Kuala Lumpur! We decided to eat and walk around the place. So we started our journey at 7.30am sharp! Phang Sheng, Yoke Horng, Joycelyn, Margaret and me! 5 human with heavy loads of stress went for a hill trip! As for me, i mainly wanting to go there for my food =S. We started having our breakfast at 8.15am, eating Dim Sum! It was not bad, but that wasn’t my main objective of the day, that is to eat something special at Genting!

On our journey, Margaret was the busy women, as if she is earning few billions in 1 second!

Oh my, feeling lame…Our Best Friend driving! He needs to concentrate, so i couldn’t take his face!

On the way, the air was perfect! Perfectly cooling, feel so cozy! Although the way was covered by those mist, but our skill-very-full driver could manage to see with his eyes! The breeze was awesome! Cooling! Perfect time to relax and sleep!

We went to Lim Goh Tong’s historical store to see his histories of life! How he built Genting and so on…

After that we went to first world hotel to have a walk!

It is so nice inside there! So special, so packed, so messy yet nice! Awesome!

After that we saw the Monster’s House! We are so so so interested to go in! But someone don’t want! hahaha! You owe us 1 meal! You know who you are!!! But nvm, next time i will come without you! xD joking joking! Don’t keep it in your heart! So we went to Ripley’s Gallery! Ripley’s Believe it Or NOT?

Funny Sushi King and Queen

Sushi King Promotion! Every plate was RM2 only! So darn cheap! So i went with the King and One Queen for Sushi for the King at Mid Valley! Apparently we went there too late because of everyone was delaying time and taking their own sweet time to prepare for this promo! LOL! So, on that day, we went there quite late >.< i think it was around 8.15! The queue was so long, seems like people in Kuala Lumpur never had sushi before =S including me =) Seldom have a chance to eat sushi actually, sushi = Japanese food = Japanese price, that i don’t really can afford much meals at Sushi King!

*Note: This shall be the funny trip for everyone because we were laughing all the way until we went back!

And last but not least, I went with the only Queen, Wynn! Hopefully i didn’t get the wrong name!

The restaurant was so packed, and we waited for more than 1 hour!!!

And she served us =.=

We went in around 9.25!!! SO LATE! And the shop close at 10! We aren’t so lucky because there aren’t much sushi served at that moment, all of their workers are so lazy!!! Only few kinds of sushi left! Sad News! We waited there for so long and we weren't served well, although the waitress served us was so confused being fooled by Jun Hoh and Kin Hoe! But at last we still got a place!

Its time for WAR! Actually we took many plates of sushi, but not many kinds of sushi =(

Let me introduce you to what sushi we had! ONLY!

Item One: Two pieces of fish on a roll of rice. Called U-Na-Gi! Looks nice!

Item Two: Small tiny little eggs rolled with rice with raw fish, cucumber and also mayonnaise. Called California Maki?

Item Three: Baby Octopus On Rice Rolled with seaweed! My favorite! So cruel~ But i still like it! Chuka IIdako! Seasoned baby Octopus!

Item Four picture was not taken because i ate it once i took it! It was some small lil prawns covered with mayo and wrapped with seaweed with rice! Quite delicious!

SO THAT IS ALL FOUR TYPES OF FOOD I ATE AT SUSHI KING PROMOTION DAY!
So so so disappointing!
So so so little choices!
But yet, its great to have cheap sushi at that time! Because i am having economy crisis!

Oh ya, we sat table number 45!

But actually it seems like so little =(

100°c Steamboat, Teppanyaki and BBQ!

So this time we went to 100°c Steamboat, Teppanyaki and BBQ Restaurant! Its one hundred degree Celsius for temperature! This restaurant is located at Kuchai Lama Entrepreneurs Park! Its located at the new row of shops over there! So this time we went there for dinner is to celebrate my friend's birthday! Ms.Yoke Horng! Haha! Happy Birthday! Hope you enjoyed your day with us! And hope you enjoyed the food!

So me and 7 of my friends went there for a try, we waited for the table for around 1 hour only we have a place to sit down =.= definitely long and people without patient shouldn't go there on weekends, it you really make you frustrated waiting so long for just some steamboat meal! The decoration of this restaurant is quite special and nice too, that's why this restaurant really attracts many customer to try their food over there. There are many choices of food there, there are sets, ala carte, drinks and also they are having special promotions now! Get their membership card now and enjoy 10% discount on all the food in this restaurant, but i think its excluded those promotions items! Everyone have their own pot of soup and there are a total of 11 types of soup! Let's have a look at the restaurant and menu!

I love the prawns on the menu, but what they serve is not this type of prawns =(

The special types of soup! A lot! Original, Tom Yam, Curry, Fish Head Soup, Porridge Soup, Golden Porridge Soup, Herb Soup, Bah Kut Teh, and also Thai Style Sour & Spicy Soup! 11 types! You could come 11 times to try all these soups! I choose Tom Yam soup! Flavour is not bad, quite tasty!

My soup! and two kinds of chili and 1 fried onion oil! This tom yam soup taste is quite strong and nice! really sour, but really nice too! Remember, don't add Yee Mee so fast because it will make your soup very very salty =.=!

Thai Style Sour & Spicy Soup! Taste not bad, quite special! Worth a try!

Golden Porridge Soup, Looks golden? Looks nice?

We order 2 sets, for 3 to 5 pax food, the price is slightly high actually, maybe the decorations and the taste is costly?

Here's the menu we ordered, looks nice! They also serve crabs, but its kind of expensive. So we ordered the 59.90 and 79.90 set! Here are some photos for the FOOD!

So there are black colour Prawns, Tiger prawns? Eggs, vegetables, fish balls with some ingredient inside, meat balls, wantan, fu zok, fish paste, scallop, still got 1 more seafood i don't know the name of it! But its not bad, quite special =) worth a try

Looks the same right? but actually the price of this 2 sets is different and also the amount of food also got a bit difference, look carefully and you will realize!

My soup boiling at how many degrees? lets have a guess! This shop is call 100 degrees but actually it stated there it could go up to 200 degrees Celsius? Believe it or not? Sounds so impossible!

Honey Moon Dessert Shop

Honey Moon Dessert shop is located at Kepong! Its a 2 storey dessert shop! The decoration of this shop was quite special and nice, they even provide us air cond service upstairs of the shop! There are so so many types of desserts in the menu, every type also looks so delicious and attractive! They have those normal desserts and mixtures of different kind of dessert's ingredient! You got to go and have a look yourself! You won't know what to choose but you know you want them all, cool!

A bit dirty but still plain and simple

There are few pages that has almost the same amount of types of desserts in every page!

The white patches looks like a fish shape! so cute! Guess what is this! It cost me RM7 for this bowl of dessert!
Its Toddy Palm and Black Sago! The white white thingy is santan! This bowl of dessert is totally special and awesome! You should try this dessert! Especially biting those black sago! There are few thousand of them inside this bowl and biting it is tiring but fun! The sound and the taste of biting it and when it burst, you will feel so excited, especially when you "shiok sendiri" with it! This is worth trying once but not advisable to take more than once, because it is a special experience but not a tasty and nice bowl of dessert! When i take almost half of it, i feel like vomiting, sorry to say that! The taste is too milky, i don't know why. And other than that, its tasteless! >.<

Aloe Vera Rice Soup!
This bowl of dessert is also very special and nice. The taste is not bad when you add in santan to it. Mix it together and it taste quite good! But honestly, aloe Vera is not the thing to mix with this bowl of dessert, should try with other stuffs like banana, mango or any other things! Basically, this dessert also looks special but taste quite normal only >.<

Guess what is this! The so called The BEST dessert in this shop!
This 2 pieces of square square thingy cost RM9! It is not big! But it is special!
Inside contains durian! cream! and it is wrapped with flour i guess... This is the famous DURIAN PAN CAKE!
A must try if you pay a visit to this place, it is quite expensive for this 2 small pieces of pan cake! But it is special, no doubt about the looks!

Looks yucky! But the taste still can consider quite good! But the durian inside is not good enough! They should get the best durian and combine with this dessert! The cream was still okay, but i think this is not worth paying, but worth trying! 2 pieces for RM9!

Marble Soy Bean Curd and Normal Soy Bean Curd!

Half half! Can taste 2 types! Mix with sugar liquid and also some ginger soup! Taste not bad! The marble soy bean curd is made of black glutinous rice, quite special and the normal soy bean curd is just very normal! So overall this bowl of dessert have not much specialties to make any comment. Just okay~

The black black bowl of dessert is just normal black glutinous dessert, although it is normal, but for me it is the best among all these! For this shop, special = 100%, taste = 30%! =( sorry to say this!

A Night In Cambodia Dinner

Today, 25th July 2009, i went to INTI Genting for "A Night In Cambodia" dinner that was organised by my friend, Wai Yee aka GENERAL MANAGER for this event! I was so surprise to found out that she is a general manager! Cool! So i went there with Zero at around 6pm and we are the first to reach! My mind was full of mystery about the Cambodian food at that moment!

The environment over there was awesome! Cooling and fresh air! Totally a good spot to relax! So we went in there and waited for the dinner to start, we was given a clay cup and a tiny little cup of juice! The decoration was so nice and perfect, i was amaze with the decoration and also all the effort the sacrificed for this evening!

Khmer Sense, looks nice right? Taste really special and nice! A great drink to try!

Sweet Angkor! Its a bit too sweet and sour, but the taste was strong and also nice!
These drinks are very nice, we need to pay RM3.00 to drink 1 cup of these mocktail mixture, if you want another cup, just pay up and you could have 1 more!

Squid and Mango Salad!

Steamed Stuffed Squid with a combination of Prawns, Mashed Potato and Jicama served together with Mango Salad garnished with Alfafa Salad and Tuiles!!!
It is totally special and weird to me! It taste special but it doesn't suit much my taste bud, so it is just special but not very nice to me! It is attractive with the design of this dish! *Do make more if you want to prepare this! At least to make your taste bud satisfied! Overall its still fine!

Second DISH of the Day!

Khmer Chicken Soup!
Khmer Chicken Soup is served together with delicious dumplings and garnished with Coriander Leaf!
Some kind of spicy and weird Cambodian soup that i don't really like the taste but the chicken that is inside was fine and the taste it definitely special! The decoration for this soup is nice!

Third DISH of the day! Main Course!

This is totally delicious!!!
Khmer Steamed Fish with Tamarind Sauce!
Khmer Steamed Fish served together with khmer vegetable stew, garlic sesame oil phak choy, drizzled with tamarind sauce and garnished with black sesame tuiles!
This dish is so complicated! The fish was grilled nicely and the sauce was spicy and really tasty! The combination of all these ingredients are special and resulting a delicious and perfect dish of Cambodian style food! There are around 3 layers of fish meat, black sesame tuiles is like crackers with black sesame and the sauce was very tasty with 2 piece of vegetable below the food!

Last Dish of the Day! Desserts?

Peanut and Sago Dessert!
This bowl of dessert was very very delicious! The taste of this dessert is sweet, you could see from the picture there is a small piece of banana over there! Cute! So basically it has peanuts, sago, green mung beans, coconut cream aka santan? and some small little beans inside! The combination of theses stuff are nice! The black string like thing is cincau aka "liang fen"! This dessert is very very nice and also quite special! I enjoy this bowl of dessert very much!

Other than all these, they also organised a lot of stage performance that is quite interesting but there are still many things that i think they could improve to be better! Lets see those few types of performance that are performed by the organising team.

There are also some games and also show that are held today that are quite interesting and they also have some lucky draws hampers and prizes but too bad i didn't get any =( how sad...LOL! haha! Basically this event was quite nice and it was a success because of there are many people supporting this event! Congratz to the team that made this reality! I am totally looking forward to try out new type of food especially something that i could get in Malaysia! Cambodian food was special and i think it suits my appetite! So overall it was great for me to join this dinner! Thanks Zero and Wai Yee for giving me this chance to experience such a wonderful event =)

Durian Durians Spreeee [DuRiaNs, All you can eat!]

So its good news for durian lovers! The are some stalls that provides DURIANS BUFFET! Buffet! So you could eat as much durians that you can until you vomit!

Durians!

Its only RM10 for those random durians they got, and for only RM20 you will get better and good durians. Trust me and get the RM20 package and you will feel satisfied! And do remember to go early to get great and nice durians while the promotion last! RM10 & RM20 buffet! Eat all you can! Durians! Cool? Water supply also included, free flow too =)

It is located at SS2 beside the Police Station, just behind the police station, there are 3 stalls that are offering Durian Buffet, recommended the first stall! Durians from Pahang! The durian there should be better than the other 2 stalls! Unfortunately when i reached that place, the first stall was out of the RM10 kind of durians and i was forced to go next door for RM10 durians. And due to we are only students, we only could afford RM10 Durian Buffet but not RM20 Durian Buffet! The durians for RM10 was not bad, but most of the are not ripe and some of them are spoilt durians, but overall i was satisfied with the experience that i had today =) Durian Durian Durian! Yummiee~

Last Sunday 21st June 2009 was Jacob's Walk of Life event! So it should be a Food healthy walk! Jacobs = Food! Walk = Sports! Life = Healthy! That is why it is awesome! Breakfast was provided over there! You could eat as much biscuits as you like! You could drink the Anlene Milk until you vomit! So its a minor buffet style healthy breakfast! Stay healthy, eat healthy, drink healthy! They also provide bone check for everyone, but too bad there are too many people queuing to check their bones! So the place was so packed early in the morning, we started our drive at 5.55am and reached around 6.15am in the morning and there are so many cars there already, but with a little luck with us, we found two parking slots right at the main entrance of the park! Woops forgotten to tell that the place is Taman Metropolitan, Kepong! Its a new park with a big pond there, nice scenery and nice people over there :p I felt so crappy today, that is why i'm crapping over here! Haha! So when we reach that place, many people are fighting to get their ass registered for this event already because they scare they cant get to walk or cant get those freebies? i really wonder...

Taman Pertanian Malaysia, Bukit Cahaya

Hello! It had been a long time that i didn't blog something here! Here are some updates about me lately!
On 17 & 18 June 2009! Me, Khai Phin, Phang Sheng, Chia Khang and also Yue Foong went to Taman Pertanian Malaysia, Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam at Shah Alam for a short 2 days 1 night camping trip! Cool! Specially thanks Khai Phin for driving us around and guiding us throughout this trip to Bukit Cahaya! He's an awesome 'tour guide'? Haha! Joking! So i will start my grandpa story about this trip, it would be a long article about this trip because it is full of memories and laughter!

So, my journey started at 6.30 where i went to fetch Chia Khang, Phang Sheng and Yue Foong to my house and we gathered there to wait Khai Phin at 7.50am! Then we went for breakfast until around 9 then we started our journey to Bukit Cahaya, throughout our journey, cars are crawling the whole way but we also enjoyed our time in the car!

Khai Phin! Scratching his head when he saw the long stretch of cars? Or he don't know what we are doing in the car?

This 1 ah, damn 'perasan' =.=!! No mirror also take water reflect and see your scary look lah! LOL!

As for 3 of us, we are still normal sitting at the back joking around

So, its 9.50am we reached Taman Pertanian, Bukit Cahaya after few turns around the place, then we finally found a jungle-like scene then we know we are here! The first thing that we saw is this!

Ranger need to perform body check, car check and also privacy check before we enter! haha! Joking!

Then we came to this office to register the camp, number of person and also the car to enter their place.

At 10.07am, before we enter the place, we had a group photo of 5 of us!

Then we enter to Bukit Cahaya and sat in the car looking around for a while and we decide to rent bicycle to cycle around the place to see more stuff around!

So its 10.28am, we started our journey around this Bukit Cahaya!

10.35am, this is our first stop that we met horses inside a farm, horses are cute!

Then at 11.50am we head back to the bicycle shop to return our bikes because we are exhausted! And sat down and had a cool drink and continue with the car!

Its around 12.15pm, we drove around the place passing by a lot of gardens, quite disappointed with their gardens actually. Durian farm, can't see any durian. Kelapa farm, so normal, can see it anywhere. Taman Belimbing, not nice enough! Taman Ciku? those ciku are too small to even see! Taman rambutan, want to steal rambutan also can't because tak ada rambutan! Taman Cactus is the best, a lot cactus and also nice scene there!

Its at 12.30 we reach cactus farm and we went down and took a lot photo there!

At 12.53pm, we all go up the car and head for fishing! yeah yeah! Fishing!

Around 2.05pm we reached Empangan Sungai Baru, and we started our fishing mission and also had our lunch there, bread + tuna + snacks, yummy!

At around 4.45pm we packed our things and head to the camping site to build our camp! And we reached that camping site around 5.05pm. Fortunately we camp with 18 other camps that is other students from an Indian school that are extremely noisy! But its safer to have so many people over there at that time! So that time, there are many cute little Indians around =)

Then we had our bath around 7.45pm and we rest in our camp for a while. Then at night we went night walking out of our camp to buy some soft drinks to drink! Its fun to walk in the dark at night with 3 torch lights and also looking at the sky with stars! Relaxing! Its nice to walk around, chit chatting and also joking around all the time, having and enjoying the great moments of friendship =) Then after our drink we head back to our camp and reached our camp around 9.45pm and we continue rest and chit chat in the camp. Due to not enough battery for photo, so i didn't took any photo at that moment, but it will be a clear photo in my memory. The we joke around until around 11.45pm and we prepare our supper! TOM YAM STEAMBOAT again! Yummy!

Then its time to sleep around 1 something in the morning... A wonderful day ended like this...

The next morning! It was raining at 7.20am in the morning! and we rush to cover our camp! Then we waiting until 8 something and we had our bread + tuna for breakfast and also 19 eggs for 5 person! craZy?

Its a wonderful and meaningful camping although its just a short 24 hour trip that we are together, but it is the best trip and it is wonderful to have you guys around enjoying time with me and also its full of laughter and joy. I won't forget this trip, i don't know when there will be these type of chance that we will get along and have fun together, maybe after 1 year? 10 years? Or maybe never. So remember this as a sweet memory, for the friendship bond that we built for so long, everyone will be striving for their goals and achievements in life, either studies, love, or family. Its hard to get these chance to spend it with friends, appreciate it, remember it, forever...

Jalan Alor ~ Cu Cha Restaurant

25 May 2009! A day before Margy's birthday =) A early 'Happy Birthday' i shall wish her! We went to Jalan Alor that is just behind Bukit Bintang to eat chicken wings and other stuffs! The place way great, whole stretch of stalls and shops that have almost the same kind of food in different shops but i bet it surely have different taste because the cook is different :/ We chosen Cu Cha Restaurant that had the biggest banner, biggest stalls and more food is displayed compared to other restaurants! Before we enter, they were so warm and friendly to us, inviting us to go in their restaurant! But after we went in and sat down, we are just like their enemy! Their face turns black when we ordered the food slow =( bad customer service!! Lets have a look at the restaurant's logo and i strongly do not recommend this restaurant to people >.< sorry to say that!

Dinosaur-ous Excitement

Today i went to Mid Valley for MONSTERS and DINOSAUR exhibition! Cool? I predict that this fair would be awesome with some dinosaur and monsters inside! So i went there with my “Pig 鹏Dog友”LOL! We went there at around 4pm and had Zanmai ssuuuushhiiii for lunch-dinner? Its was satisfying! After that we straight away went for the exhibition! Lets have a look at the exhibition at MVEC at that moment!

Backyard Monsters and Dinosaurs are back!! ??? since when they are here? You know where they are called backyard? All because these mechanical monsters and dinosaurs are place at the back of some boards or “wall”. Lame!

This exhibition started at 18th April until 17th May 2009! Grab this opportunity if you want to see dinosaurs or monsters?
Hold on! There is something need to be done before you guys enter this place! Feed the dinosaur? Squish the monsters?

This is totally NOT FOC! You could see they have a ticketing counter over there, and it cost us rm12.00 per entrance because we are adults, as for kids, it would be rm8 per entry.

The dinosaur and monsters exhibition was fine today but the fun fair was awesome!

Yee Heong Restaurant

Yee Heong Restaurant is located at Puchong, just opposite ioi mall! Main food over here is Sang Kuat (生骨) and Bah Kut Teh! Worth a try! It is a corner lot and normally it will be packed with customers! Basically there are just few types of food over there, like vegetable, homemade taufu, bah kut teh, and some food that is cooked with pork! Lets have a look of the delicious food that we ordered!

生骨 Bah Kut Teh! Recommended! Must try when you visit this restaurant! The price is not that cheap but it is reasonable and also worth it! There will serve with pork's ribs and the soup only! Not much pork's fats in the ribs and the taste of the meal is tasty due to the absorption of the taste of the bone that is covered by the meat! The soup is very tasty too! Not very heavy type of taste, this dish is suitable for those that don't dare or dislike pork's meat taste because the taste of the meat and soup is not that strong!

The pork's stomach soup with the pork's stomach is just average, quite normal if compared to others, so nothing special >.< The taufu there is quite nice, taste good and also quite crispy, just dip it with the thai chilli sauce, it will match nicely! I would recommend taufu if compared with pork's stomach!

Vegetable? Normal~

This is the best dish! Nice! Pork's meat, plus so FATS! Damn tasty! Damn nice! MUST try! MUST eat! I forgotten what is the name already!

Old Town White Coffee

Just a simple post over here! Today, weird day! went jogging at 9pm at Bukit Jalil! After that we went for ‘lok-lok’ plus soya bean then we went to Old Town White Coffee shop! The food there was reasonable and also nice! The environment over there also not bad compared to other cafes! Lets have a look what we had over there =)

Polo Bun with Butter!
Must eat when it is still hot! When the butter is melting slowly absorbed by the bread, and the aroma of the butter slowly came out! The skin of the bun was crispy and also there are some jam they put in the bread, it is worth a try! Just look at the way they baked this bun...really tackling my taste buds! Yummieeee~~~

We could also choose to put peanut butter in the bread! Really damn nice when it is hot! Crispy and also have the nice smell of the butter melting! Taste the sweetness that is melted in the bread and your heart! Comes with single and double, either 2 pieces or 4 pieces! One of my friend even said when he/she is eating this bread, he/she feels 幸福！Truth? Lame?

Blue Berry Thick Toast!
Someone say NOT SO fat! Only can choose this! The bread is toasted nicely! Tasty! Bread crumbs everywhere! Thick some more! See the black thing up there!? Its blue berry! With high contain of sugar! Specially prepared for people that want to gain some weight! Does it suits you?

Old Town Thick Toast!
Nice! The bread is covered with egg and toast! While the temperature is still high, the butter is put on top of it so that it will straight away melt down into the toast! Taste nice! And inside the toast, contains some peanut butter jam! WOW! Looks good? Taste better! After 1 piece of this, confirm your tummy will grow 1 inch!

Today i went to Bambu Bali at Puchong, the place was magnificent! Nice environment, nice food, nice price, nice friends, nice waiter, nice waitress, nice customers, nice nice nice!! The food was special over there especially those food in the Balinese specials section! A must try Bali foods over there! The decoration was amazing and the environment was smoothing! The food's taste was just nice and also tasty, delicious!! The drinks are quite special and nice too =) it is quite worth to pay for what we ate. Average 1 person should be around rm35-rm50. Food rating was 9/10 and environment 8/10. A must try for Bali foods lovers and also spicy food lovers!! Lets have a look at the place over there =)

Otak-otak is the best! taste fantastic, the aroma of the pandan stem are absorbed into the otak-otak, prepared nicely, taste juicy and nice.
Chicken Wings and drumstick, very nice smell and also juicy, cooked well and also delicious.
Fried squid, nice flour? taste nice! kind of tasty.
Sauce are special and delicious! Simply made to suit this dish!

Mutton was damn juicy! fried with onions! NICE NICE!
Rice was special, nice aroma and taste!
Crackers was crispy, thick, and definitely nice!

We ordered 3 nice dishes! 4 drinks, because we know we can't finish these food! But it is more than enough for us! Quite special and satisfied too ^o^

Rm3 Cafe Express

Rm3 Cafe Express? What does it really means? I don't see much rm3 stuff? or maybe their sushi are rm3.xx? LOL! A cafe that have a very delightful look and also design inside and also outside. It really makes me want to make a visit and expected to have an joyful and satisfied meal over there! From the view and also design, it is really special and nice! Worth paying for the environment that they provide over there? seems true =) some credits for this cafe too. But for the food and price over there, it is not really satisfying me! The food are quite expensive over there, only sushi and drinks have prices like rm3.xx! Others are not really cheap over there! Although the price is reasonable, but for me it really didn't express the rm3 cafe quotation. But anyway, it was a nice trip to Rm3 Cafe Express, rating 9/10 for the environment and decoration and 4/10 for the food over there =)

Lets GO! Once upon a time, there are 5 person planning to play masak-masak! We started at 5.15pm, preparing those ingredients for our delicious dishes! Everyone had got ready with their stuff. Me, making the so called “Japanese Pizza”. Weng Kit, learn to make Italian Lagsana. Yih Huey, made Jelly. Chee Leng, made Japanese Sushi. Phang Sheng, made fried fish! Location is at Weng Kit's house! Lets Start!

Eggs, Pineapple Juice, Sausage, Crab Sticks

Prepare high temperature cooking oil and can start putting the small cubes of fish that is covered with flour

Next step is to move those fish carefully and give them a BIG SMILE, so those cubes of fishes will smile back to you =)

Finally, i have some free time to update my blog about Tenji, Tenji is a Japanese buffet restaurant. It is only located at SOHO KL, at Solaris Mont Kiara. It is worth a try if you are a Japanese food lover! It would be fantastic for you to enjoy the food there.

Tenji Japanese Buffet, gourmet sensation!

The time that we booked is 9.30pm to 12.30am at 20th March, the supper buffet session. They are having promotion at that time for only rm39.90++ and the normal price is rm89.90! Although they deducted rm50, but they are smart to charge their service tax and government tax that is 10% + 5%, base on the normal price, but not the promotion price! That makes the tax is almost half of our promotion price! But no matter how, it is also worth a try!

As much as 8 person, 4 leng zai and 4 leng lui came for this buffet! That consist of Margaret, Joycelyn, Yoke Horng, Phui Yee, Phang Sheng, Zero Pua, Strauss Choi and also me! Thanks for coming along with me for this food trip! We estimated the time too early and we went there around 8 something and reached there at 8.45. Everyone was hungry at that time, looks like never had any food before xD Here are some photos when we are waiting for the time to come!

There are many other food also, i didnt get the chance to take some photos because i was too busy eating and they finish the food too fast =) Dont forget to taste their desert when you go there, their tiramisu and ice cream was the best, and also the abalone, wonderful! Sushi was very fresh and the prawns are juicy! Others are still fine and also taste! Oysters are very big, juicy and also tasty i think. Pandan Chicken smells good! Tempura is normal because the prawns they use to fry is not fat and juicy enough, and they should fry it longer. The fried wontan was nice, the meat inside very juicy, one bite and the the meat will burst with juice inside it! Coconuts are fresh and sweet =) They provide orange juice, mango juice and also lychee juice. They also provide few types of tea over there. There are plenty of choices you could try for deserts!
